New Zealand Commonwealth Scholarships: This scholarship is awarded by the Government of India to students who want to pursue PhD and master’s courses in New Zealand. This scholarship is awarded to two students and covers tuition fees, health and travel insurance, living costs, and establishment allowance.

Eligibility: The applicant must: Be at least 18 years of age and a maximum of 39 years of age at the time of application; be a citizen of India, and hold a minimum equivalent GPA of B+ in your recent qualification.

The priority sectors where students can pursue their studies include: climate change and the environment, food security and agriculture, disaster risk management, renewable energy, and governance.

New Zealand Excellence Awards (NZEA): Every year, these awards are given to 35 Indian students wishing to pursue bachelor’s and master’s degrees in New Zealand in the fields of fashion, business, and STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, and Mathematics).
