Terms and Conditions

SCOPE OF CONDITIONS

These conditions govern all services provided by Collegepond Counsellors Private Limited (hereafter referred to as ‘The Company’ or ‘Collegepond’). By signing the registration form, the customer/student acknowledges having read and agreed to these conditions. Any agreements differing from these conditions must be in writing and signed by an authorized officer of Collegepond.

BEST EFFORT BASIS

Collegepond does not guarantee specific results but assists customers/students in achieving their academic and career objectives. Past results represent the Company’s capabilities but should not be construed as guarantees of future success. Collegepond works in the best interest of its students on a Best Effort basis.

PAYMENT POLICY

Full Payment Required Before Attending Lectures: To secure a place in the coaching program, full payment of course fees is required before attending any lectures. This ensures access to all course materials, the online test prep portal, and scheduled classes. Failure to complete the payment on time may result in forfeiture of enrollment and access to course resources.

DEFAULTED PAYMENTS

Collegepond reserves the right to terminate services if the customer/student does not pay as agreed at the time of registration. Collegepond is not liable for any consequences or damages resulting from the termination of services.

REFUND POLICY

Refunds are provided in accordance with the following schedule should the customer decide to terminate services. Collegepond will retain a minimum of Rs.7500/- (exclusive of GST) for the offline course and Rs.5000/- (exclusive of GST) for the online course.

If only up to THREE Lectures (including Demo Lectures) have been attended, 50% of the fees paid towards such classes will be refunded.
If FIVE or more Lectures have been attended, no refund will be issued.
No refunds will be provided for GRE books, and a fee of INR 2000 will be deducted for the books.
Refunds are available only to students within 30 days of enrollment

APPLICATION FEES

All incidental expenses related to the application process, such as GRE/TOEFL/IELTS/PTE/DUOLINGO/DSAT Exam Fees, score submissions, courier charges, etc., will be borne by the student.

CHANGE IN SCHEDULE AND FACULTY

Collegepond will share the lecture schedule beforehand with the students. In case of any exigency or unforeseen circumstances, lectures will be rescheduled, and students will be duly informed. Additionally, Collegepond reserves the right to change faculty members as necessary, ensuring that students are informed promptly about any such changes.

ONLINE TEST PREP PORTAL

Online study material, topic-wise tests, and full-length tests will be provided via the Collegepond Test Prep Portal. Portal validity for GRE/GMAT/DSAT online coaching students is 6 months, and 12 months for offline coaching students. Portal validity for all language tests (TOEFL/IELTS) is 6 months.

RE-ATTENDING LECTURES

Online Entrance Exam Coaching Students: Valid for SIX MONTHS from the date of enrollment. Reattending classes after six months incurs a charge of 50% of the current GRE fees excluding GST.
Offline Entrance Exam Coaching Students: Valid for ONE YEAR from the date of enrollment. Reattending classes after one year incurs a charge of 50% of the current GRE fees excluding GST.

CLASSROOM LECTURES

Students enrolled in Online Coaching who wish to attend Offline Classes must pay the fee difference prevailing at the relevant time.

NON-TRANSFERABLE ACCESS

Students are strictly prohibited from sharing portal access credentials (username and password). Each student is given individual access to the online portal for personal educational use only. Sharing login information or allowing others to use your account violates terms of service and can result in immediate termination of access, dismissal from the course, and potential legal action.

NON-TRANSFERABLE ENROLLMENT

Enrollment in our GRE coaching program is strictly non-transferable. Students cannot transfer their enrollment services or access to any course materials to another individual under any circumstances. Each enrollment is personalized and intended solely for the student who initially enrolled

COMPLIMENTARY SERVICES INCLUDE

University names for Test Preparation Exams.
Access to the Collegepond Online Test Prep Portal.
Borrowing of GRE books from the Collegepond Library for a limited time period (Security Deposit Payable).
Complimentary TOEFL/IELTS Masterclass.
Complimentary GRE/TOEFL Exam Discount Codes.
